Traffic Advisory 
On behalf of Mayor Michael Johnson and the Haledon Municipal Council, in cooperation with Chief of Police Angelo J. Daniele, the Haledon Police Department advises residents that milling and paving operations are scheduled to take place on Friday, April 10, 2026, starting immediately at 8:00 AM.
The following roadways will be affected:
Mountain Avenue, from Verein Avenue to Circle Avenue
Circle Avenue, from Woodside Avenue to Mountain Avenue
Woodside Avenue, from Circle Avenue to Verein Avenue
Belmont Avenue, between Bushmann Avenue and Haledon Avenue will also be closed due to utility work.
Notices have been issued and Emergency No Parking signs have been posted in all designated work zones. Residents must comply with all posted signage. Vehicles parked in violation of posted restrictions will be subject to ticketing and towing.
Motorists should expect traffic delays and are strongly encouraged to avoid these areas and plan alternate routes during the scheduled work periods.
The Borough of Haledon appreciates your cooperation and patience as these roadway improvements are completed.
