Flood Advisory until 10:15PM 
* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following county, Crockett.
* WHEN...Until 1015 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 819 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... The Intersection Of I-10 And Highway 405 and The Intersection Of I-10 And Highway 290. - This includes Interstate 10 between Mile Markers 343 and 358. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
