Flood Advisory until 04:30AM Sunday 
* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Edwards, Kerr, Kinney, Real and Uvalde.
* WHEN...Until 430 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1232 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Leakey, Camp Wood, Vance, Barksdale, Tuff, Montell, Laguna, Kerr Wildlife Management Area, Alamo Village, Prade Ranch, Devil's Sinkhole State Natural Area and Kickapoo Cavern State Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
