* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Roadways with low-water crossings may become flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms in the area through Sunday night are expected to produce another inch of rain in portions of the watch area.
