The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is currently investigating a shooting that occurred during a street takeover at the intersection of Del Mar Avenue and Garvey Avenue in the early morning hours of April 12th.
Deputies responded to reports of gunfire and are actively working to gather information related to the incident. The investigation remains ongoing.
The Department is asking for the public’s assistance. Anyone who may have witnessed the incident, has video footage, or possesses information that could aid investigators is encouraged to come forward.
