Strong winds overnight

Gusty south winds could briefly gust as high as 50 mph for a short
time during the early morning hours through around 3 AM EDT. A
band of showers moving across northwest Indiana and southwest 
Lower Michigan will likely aid in producing some stronger wind 
gusts of 40 to 50 mph. If travelling, be prepared for brief
periods of these stronger wind gusts, particularly for high
profile vehicles. This includes the cities of Elkhart, Goshen, Nappanee, Lagrange, Topeka, Shipshewana, Kendallville, Ligonier, Albion, Knox, North Judson, Bass Lake, Winamac, Francesville, Medaryville, Plymouth, Bremen, Culver, Rochester, Akron, Columbia City, Tri-Lakes, South Whitley, Monticello, Monon, Brookston, 
Logansport, Royal Center, Peru, Grissom AFB, Mexico, Wabash, 
North Manchester, Huntington, Roanoke, Marion, Gas City, Upland, 
Michigan City, La Porte, Kingsbury, Fish Lake, South Bend, 
Mishawaka, Lakeville, Granger, Syracuse, Milford, North Webster,
