...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Michigan... Grand River near Comstock Park affecting Kent County. Portage River near Vicksburg affecting Kalamazoo County. .Water levels are slowly falling across the Grand River and Portage River basins, but additional rounds of rain over the next 3 days will get water levels rising again, and renewed flooding is expected.

* WHAT...No flooding is currently forecast.

* WHERE...Grand River near Comstock Park.

* WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Expect minor flooding of homes along Abrigador Trail.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:20 AM EDT Monday the stage was 11.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage on Monday Night, but begin rising again later in the week. Another flood warning will likely be issued later this week. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 12.0 feet on 01/27/1969. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
