Good morning, everyone. It has been brought to my attention that some of you who get your water bills emailed, have not been getting them. First, I ask that you please check your junk or spam folders. If they are not there, please email me your account number at [email protected], or call the office at 417-561-4341. I have contacted the IT department, and they need account numbers so they can look into what the issue might be. Also, we are aware of the paper bill issue and are currently awaiting a call back from the Postmaster, so we can see what can be done there as well. Thank you so much! Have a great day!
