4/09 – 4:09 p.m. – Police received a report of a vehicle driving all over the roadway, coming towards Millstadt on State Route 163. A Millstadt Officer stopped the vehicle in the 6100 block of Floraville Road. Steven R. Gard, 51 of Millstadt, was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol 0.08+, and Improper Lane Usage.
