4/11 – 3:30 p.m. – Jared M. Hock, 25 of Belleville, cited for Operation of Vehicle with Suspended Registration for Non-Insurance & Operation Uninsured Vehicle. A passenger in the vehicle, Madelyn E. Tate age 24 of Belleville, was arrested on an outstanding St. Clair County traffic warrant. Incident occurred at North Mulberry Street & East Washington Street.
