.STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN ELKHART...ST.JOSEPH...NORTHEASTERN STARKE...NORTHERN MARSHALL...EAST CENTRAL LAPORTE...CASS AND ST. JOSEPH COUNTIES THROUGH 615 AM EDT/515 AM CDT/...
At 520 AM EDT/420 AM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking showers and the leading edge of strong outflow winds along a line extending from near Otsego to New Carlisle to near Westville. Movement was 
southeast at 30 mph. Gusty outflow winds will be experienced in 
advance of the heavier showers and isolated thunderstorms.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

South Bend, Elkhart, Mishawaka, Goshen, Plymouth, Three Rivers,
Nappanee, Bremen, Gulivoire Park, Granger, Dunlap, Simonton Lake,
Osceola, Walkerton, Constantine, North Liberty, Cassopolis, Wakarusa,Bristol, and White Pigeon.
This includes Interstate 80 in Indiana between mile markers 73 and
109.
