Marion police are actively searching the Callan Drive/Atkins Woodland/Park Blvd area for Richard Wilson Garrett, a 51 year old caucasian male with bald head and beard. To ensure safety, officers are asking all residents in the area to lock doors and for anyone with information or observing suspicious activity to call 911 immediately.
