Zahra Muwwakkil, 15 years old, African American female, 5'4", 120 pounds, black hair (braided), brown eyes, last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black leggings and black shoes.
Zahra was last seen in the 1400 block of Parker Street at around 9:20 p.m. If you have information that can assist in helping safely locate Zahra, please call 911 or contact the police.
