McDowell County residents are advised that field appraisers will be in the area as part of the county’s 2027 property revaluation process, which has been approved by McDowell County Government.
Appraisers may be conducting exterior inspections and collecting property data throughout the county for tax purposes.
These individuals should have either an ID badge or a marking on their vehicle for identification.
