On 4/14/2026, at 6:52 pm, officers were called to the interesection of N 12th St/ Geele Ave for a report of several shots being fired. Officers located evidence in the area, but there is no indication that anyone was struck by gunfire. Officers are currently investigating leads in an effort to identify who was involved. A male was briefly detained when officers arrived, but it was found that he had no involvement and was released.
