South Brunswick Water Department 7:30 am Wednesday UPDATE
Progress has been made on one of the water main breaks. The second water main break, which took place off New Road on the Freedom Trail, has now been repaired. Crews continue to work on the first break on Route 1. Water pressure is still working throughout the Township.
Crews anticipate making good progress today. If all repairs are completed today, then they can begin water testing. Once samples are analyzed and approved by the DEP, the advisory could be lifted.
