The following roads will be closed due to construction :

Buckingham Ave between High St and the deadend westbound lane
Lincoln Dr between Carlock Ave and Columbus Cr
West Side Ave between Hall Ave and Paderewski Ave will be passable only to local traffic.
Elm St between Smith St and Market
Smith St between Elm St and Maple St eastbound lane
