Flood Watch until 08:00AM Thursday

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana, including the following areas, Adams, Allen IN, Blackford, Cass IN, Fulton IN, Grant, Huntington, Jay, Miami, Pulaski, Wabash, Wells, White and Whitley and northwest Ohio, including the following areas, Allen OH, Paulding, Putnam and Van Wert.

* WHEN...Through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Chances for heavy rain increase today and tonight and will bring the threat of flooding to the watch area. Uncertainty exists on where the heaviest rain may occur.
