Cass County Sheriff Bryan Welk reports that the Cass County Sheriff's Office has been notified be the Minnesota Department of Corrections that a Risk Level 3 Offender will be released to the area of Cass Lake, MN 56633, on April 17th 2026.
The offender has been identified as ANTHONY JAMES WITTNER DOB 7/14/1996.
