* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following areas, Bay, Genesee, Huron, Lapeer, Lenawee, Livingston, Macomb, Midland, Monroe, Oakland, Saginaw, Sanilac, Shiawassee, St. Clair, Tuscola, Washtenaw and Wayne.

* WHEN...Through late Thursday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - In the last 7 days, most of Southeast Michigan has seen 1.5 to 3.5 inches of rainfall which has saturated soils before the main spring green up. Several additional rounds of showers and thunderstorms are likely tonight and Thursday. Expect an additional 1 to 2 inches of rainfall, with localized new rainfall totals of 3 to 4 inches possible by Thursday evening, dependent on thunderstorm coverage and track. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
