Residents, local businesses, and community groups are invited to participate in the City of Hoboken’s ninth annual Spring Fling, a citywide day of service dedicated to beautifying Hoboken’s parks and public spaces.

The event will take place on Saturday, May 16, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at various locations throughout the city.

Volunteers will take part in high-impact projects across Hoboken, including cleaning parks, streets, beaches, and other public areas; weeding, planting, and mulching green spaces; and painting benches, fences, and other public amenities.

Individual volunteers must be at least 16 years old, but those who register as part of a team may be younger if accompanied by a trusted adult. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Interested participants are encouraged to register by the May 2 deadline by clicking here.

The City will notify volunteers of their assigned project and location via email on May 8.
