The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from noon to 8 PM CDT Thursday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.
* AFFECTED AREA...In Iowa, Lyon, Sioux, Plymouth and Woodbury. In Minnesota, Lincoln, Lyon, Murray, Nobles, Pipestone and Rock.
* WINDS...South 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 21 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* AFFECTED AREAS: LYON ... SIOUX ... PLYMOUTH ... WOODBURY ... LINCOLN ... LYON ... MURRAY ... NOBLES ... PIPESTONE ... ROCK
