Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., requests the public’s help in locating Eduardo Barraza, 15, of Newark, who was last seen on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 600 Mayor Kenneth A. Gibson Boulevard.
Eduardo is described as Hispanic, 5’1” tall, 115 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, a white t-shirt, and black sweatpants. He is known to frequent the area of Summer Avenue and Highland Avenue.
Director Miranda urges anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Eduardo Barraza to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
