* IMPACTS...At 30,000.0 cfs, Localized flooding occurs along the river downstream of the Castle Rock Dam.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:10 AM CDT Friday the flow was 32,069.0 cfs. - Flow is 30,000 cfs when flooding occurs downstream of Castle Rock Dam. - Recent Activity...The maximum river flow in the 24 hours ending at 10:10 AM CDT Friday was 47,744.0 cfs. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 33,330.0 cfs this afternoon.
