The Green Bay Police Department would like to speak with any additional victims of a 30-year-old Green Bay man, who has been arrested and charged for reported burglary and stalking.
The suspect, Cayetano Cruz-Mirandan, was arrested on April 15, 2026, with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Service Eastern Wisconsin Violent Offender Task Force and booked into Brown County Jail.
On April 11, 2026, Cruz-Mirandan reportedly burglarized the residence of a female victim and committed lewd acts of sexual behavior involving the victim’s personal property. Through initial investigation, it is believed that the suspect may have been stalking the victim prior to the incident.
The Brown County District Attorney’s Office charged Cruz-Mirandan on April 16, 2026:
- Burglary of a Building or Dwelling
- Stalking
- Criminal Damage to Property
