There is an enhanced risk (3 out of 5) of Severe Storms this afternoon and evening for most of Missouri. Large Hail, damaging winds, and tornadoes possible. Be weather alert. Tornado risk is 2% to 9%. Damaging Wind is forecasted at 45%-50%. The chance of Hail 1 inch or larger is 15%-30%. Heavy rains, 1"-2", are expected with flash flooding possible. With the high winds, light weight outdoor furniture and equipment may be blown around. Make sure your weather alerting is working. (Remember outdoor warning sirens are only for when your outdoors). Review your emergency plans. During warnings, move to the lowest level of your structure, into an interior room away from windows and doors.
