In collaboration with the Cloverdale Fire Protection District, the Northern Sonoma County Fire Protection District will be conducting a prescribed pile burn at Porterfield Creek Open Space Preserve on Monday, April 20th, and potentially Tuesday, April 21st, rain or shine. Porterfield Creek will remain open to the public; however, expect temporary trail closures marked with signs. Park users and nearby residents may see or smell smoke in the area.
