* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Illinois, including the following counties, Cook, DuPage and Will.
* WHEN...Until 345 AM CDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 940 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated rainfall rates up to 1 inch per hour moving into the area. Up to 1 inch of rainfall was been observed so far in northern Cook County due to earlier rainfall. Roadway and underpass flooding may occur shortly after the onset of heavy rainfall. - Isolated rainfall up to 1 inch may occur across the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
