* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:00 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 17.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 18.2 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
