1. Carjacking (1656) Zephyr Street and B Street, Park District
The male victim, 48, gave the suspects a ride to the listed area. One of the suspects brandished a firearm at the victim and ordered him to get out of the vehicle. The victim complied, and the suspect fled in the victim’s vehicle. SUSPECTS: A White male adult and a White female adult.
2. Weapon Arrest (2120) 2200 Block of East Market Street, Park District
Officers responded to a disturbance call in the listed area. Officers located the suspect causing the disturbance, and he was found to be in unlawful possession of a firearm. ARRESTED: Julian Cabrera, 19, for terrorist threats and weapon charges.
3. Carjacking (2130) 2400 Block of East Scotts Avenue, Park District
The female victim, 41, was loading items into her vehicle when the suspect approached her from behind and demanded her keys. The victim complied, and the suspect drove off in her vehicle. The vehicle was later located and recovered. SUSPECT: Unknown race male adult.
