Today, Monday, April 20th, at about 12 pm, the Borough of Belmar will be conducting a targeted flushing of hydrants in the area of the 300 block of 9th Avenue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Residents may expect to see a temporary discoloration of the water and/or a decrease in pressure when the flushing occurs. We recommend that you avoid running your tap water or using the washing machine or dishwasher during this time. If you do experience any discoloration, please run cold water through your taps until it runs clear. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
