⚠️ COMMUNITY NOTICE ⚠️
Dogs Becoming a Public Safety Concern
The King Cove community has recently experienced an increase in loose and uncontrolled dogs, which is becoming a growing concern for public safety.
Unattended dogs can pose risks including:

  • Aggressive behavior toward residents, children, and visitors
  • Interference with emergency responders and equipment
  • Damage to property
  • Threats to other animals
For the safety of everyone in our community, all dog owners are reminded of their responsibility to:
  • Keep dogs properly restrained or under control at all times
  • Do not allow dogs to roam freely
  • Ensure dogs are not a nuisance or danger to others
  • Clean up after your animals
This issue directly impacts the safety of our community, including the ability of Fire and EMS personnel to respond to emergencies without interference.
If this problem continues, further action may be taken.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping keep King Cove a safe place for everyone.
