Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Missing Person Detail, is asking for the public’s help by locating an At-Risk Missing Person, Luis Miguel Estrada. Mr. Estrada was last seen on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, on the 20000 block of South Avalon Boulevard, in the city of Carson.
Mr. Estrada is described as a 38-year-old male Hispanic adult, 5’03”, 184 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a light blue shirt and black shorts.
Mr. Estrada has a mental health disorder, a cognitive impairment and his family is concerned for his well-being and is asking for the public’s help.
