A 29-year-old Green Bay man has been charged after allegedly attacking two people with an edged weapon on the city’s east side, causing serious injuries.
The Brown County District Attorney’s Office charged suspect, David Mairena-Garcia, on April 21, 2026:

On April 20, 2026, Mairena-Garcia, reportedly entered a residence in the 900 block of Edgewood Drive and attacked a 23-year-old Green Bay man and a 26-year-old Green Bay woman, causing cuts that required first aid at the scene before both were transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.
The investigation remains ongoing. No further details are planned for release.
