Wilmington Police arrest five men and one woman in connection to a speed exhibition: 
Wilmington Police have arrested five men and one woman in connection to a speed exhibition following an investigation.
Beginning in January, members of the Traffic Unit along with the Delaware State Police, Delaware Information & Analysis Center, and the Department of Justice initiated an investigation into several subjects engaged in speed exhibition. Through the course of the investigation, officers identified 18-year-old Shaun Granger, 21-year-old Amar Waters, 20-year-old Felix Jimenez, 23-year-old Fnu Ba-Bayiha, 19-year-old Yarieliz Hilerio-Pesante, and 21-year-old Lendwood Stokes as the suspect’s involved, and obtained warrants for their arrest.
On April 3rd at approximately 2:45 p.m., officers responded to the 2000 block of North Robino Drive and located Shaun Granger, who was taken into custody without incident.
On April 5th Amar Waters was located by New Castle County Police and taken into custody without incident.
On April 6th, officers responded to the 100 block of Princeton Avenue and located Felix Jimenez, who was taken into custody without incident. On the same day Fnu Ba-Bayiha responded to the Wilmington Police Department and turned himself in for his outstanding warrant.
On April 10th, officers responded to the 1200 block of Centerville Road and located Yarieliz Hilerio-Pesante, who was taken into custody without incident.
On April 15th Lendwood Stokes responded to the Wilmington Police Department and turned himself in for his outstanding warrant.
Granger has been charged with the following offenses in addition to traffic citations:
- Reckless Burning Value $1,500 or Greater
- Criminal Mischief $5,000 or More
- Conspiracy (Second Degree)
Waters has been charged with the following offenses in addition to traffic citations:
- Reckless Burning Value $1,500 or Greater
- Criminal Mischief $5,000 or More
- Conspiracy (Second Degree)
Jimenez has been charged with the following offenses in addition to traffic citations:
- Reckless Burning Value $1,500 or Greater
- Criminal Mischief $5,000 or More
- Conspiracy (Second Degree)
Ba-Bayiha has been charged with the following offenses in addition to traffic citations:
- Reckless Burning Value $1,500 or Greater
- Criminal Mischief $5,000 or More
- Conspiracy (Second Degree)
Hilerio-Pesante has been charged with the following offenses in addition to traffic citations:
- Reckless Burning Value $1,500 or Greater
- Criminal Mischief $5,000 or More
- Conspiracy (Second Degree)
Stokes has been charged with the following offenses in addition to traffic citations:
- Criminal Mischief Value $5,000 or More
- Conspiracy (Second Degree)
