PC 33215 - MFG/SALE/ETC Sawed Off-Short Barrel Rifle/Shotgun
LOCATION: 4th Street and F Street, Needles, CA
SUSPECT 1: Reynaldo Gonzalez, 24-years-old, Resident of Bullhead City, AZ
SUSPECT 2: Russell Villa, 24-years-old, Resident of Mohave Valley, AZ
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at approximately 9:30 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/ Needles Police Department conducted a traffic enforcement stop near 4th Street and F Street in the City of Needles. During the stop, deputies contacted two occupants of the vehicle identified as Reynaldo Gonzalez and Russell Villa.
Subsequent investigation and a search of the vehicle led to the discovery of firearms and ammunition. Both Gonzalez and Villa are felons and are prohibited from possessing firearms and ammunition.
Gonzalez and Villa were arrested without incident and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Gonzalez and Villa remain in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $30,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
