Residents may expect heavy traffic in the area surrounding Randolph-Macon College on Friday, 4/24, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for R-MC Presidential Inauguration events.

Areas impacted will include Henry Street, North Center Street, Caroline Street, N. Taylor Street, College Avenue, and Henry Clay Road. Henry Street will be closed in both directions to through traffic from College Avenue to Smith Street from 9 a.m. to approximately 1 p.m.

Motorists should use Vaughan Road/Archie Canon Drive as an alternative route around campus.
