INCIDENT: PC 3056 - Violation of Parole
LOCATION: W Broadway Street and L Street, City of Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Jinomy Carancho, 39-years-old, Resident of Los Angeles
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at approximately 9:55 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department conducted a traffic enforcement stop near W Broadway Street and L Street in the City of Needles.
During the stop, deputies contacted JINOMY CARANCHO who initially provided a false name however his true identity was later confirmed. Further investigation revealed CARANCHO had an outstanding parole violation.
CARANCHO was subsequently arrested on the above mentioned charges and was transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. CARANCHO remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with no bail, awaiting a court hearing.
