1. Assault with A Deadly Weapon (1610) 700 Block of East Martin Luther King, Seaport District
Officers responded to the listed area on a report of a physical altercation involving two subjects. The suspects assaulted each other with a cane, and then one tried to hit the other with his car. Officers responded and took both subjects into custody. ARRESTED: James Heard, 69, for assault with a deadly weapon and vandalism, and John Greathouse, 67, for assault with a deadly weapon.
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1740) El Dorado Street and Eighth Street, Seaport District
The male victim, 38, was driving in the listed area when the suspect drove up next to him, brandished a firearm, pointed it at his direction and then drove off. The victim was not injured. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
3. Person Shot (0033) Swain Road and Evelyn Avenue, Lakeview District
The male victim, 29, was driving in the listed area when an unknown suspect shot at him. The victim was transported to an area hospital to treat his non-life-threatening gunshot wound. During the investigation, officers found a firearm on the victim. ARRESTED: Lloyd Gipson, 29, for weapon charges.
4. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (0445) 10000 Block of Trinity Parkway, Bear Creek District
The male victim, 26, was riding his bicycle in the listed area when a vehicle pulled up and one occupant in the car shot at him. The victim was uninjured. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.
