TORSGF The National Weather Service in Springfield has issued a

* Tornado Warning for... Northern Cherokee County in southeastern Kansas... South central Crawford County in southeastern Kansas...

* Until 1015 PM CDT.

* At 930 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over West Mineral, or 8 miles northwest of Columbus, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include... Columbus, Cherokee, Weir, Sherman, Scammon, Chicopee, Mccune, West Mineral, Roseland, Lawton, Carona, Skidmore, and Stippville.

* AFFECTED AREAS: CHEROKEE, KS ... CRAWFORD, KS
