The latest information from the NWS has most of Cooper County in a slight (2 of 5) to enhanced risk (3 of 5) for severe weather this afternoon and early evening. These storms will be capable of producing large hail, damaging winds, a tornado, and heavy rain. Areas of Cooper County are already under a Flood Warning and the whole county is under a Flood Watch.
