Wilmington Police have arrested a man in connection to an aggravated menacing incident.
On April 25th at approximately 12:07 p.m., members of the Uniformed Services Division responded to the area of East 4th and North King Streets in reference to an aggravated menacing incident. Upon arrival, officers made contact with 36-year-old Darnell Gibson, who was taken into custody without incident. Officers recovered a BB gun during the investigation.
Gibson has been charged with the following offenses:
- Disorderly Conduct
- Aggravated Menacing- Two Counts
He was arraigned in the Justice of the Peace Court 11 and committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $13,000 cash-only bail.
