The McDowell County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a vehicle that was recently taken from a local resident’s garage. The car, a 1964 Chevrolet Chevelle Super Sport (tag: HAZ9233), was last seen parked in the owner’s garage off Bethel Church Road on April 16. The vehicle is red with a black convertible top and white interior.
