1. Robbery (1300) 2700 Block of West March Lane, Lakeview District
The male victim, 20, was sitting in his car when he was approached by two suspects who brandished a knife and demanded his property. The victim complied, turned over his property, and the suspects fled. SUSPECTS: A Black male adult and a Black female adult.
2. Weapon Arrest (1755) 2500 Block of West March Lane, Lakeview District
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop in the listed area. They contacted the driver and found he was in possession of a firearm. The driver was taken into custody without incident. ARRESTED: Francisco Leon, 24, for weapon charges.
3. Battery on an Officer (1836) El Dorado Street and Channel Street, Civic District
Officers responded to the listed area to assist emergency medical personnel with a combative suspect, who had assaulted a firefighter who was rendering care. Officers arrived and took the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Christian Gray, 28, for battery.
4. Resisting Arrest (2045) Fifth Street and Monroe Street, Seaport District
Officers were in the listed area when they contacted the driver of a vehicle that was stopped in the middle of the roadway. The driver was uncooperative, and as officers attempted to detain him, he pulled away. Officers used force to take him into custody. ARRESTED: Demarea Hughes, 31, for resisting arrest.
5. Attempted Carjacking (2300) 500 Block of North Lincoln Street, Civic District
The male victim, 25, was with a group of friends in the listed area when the suspects assaulted them. During the assault, one suspect jumped into his vehicle and attempted to take it. When the victim confronted the suspect, the suspect brandished a firearm at him. The suspect was unable to take the victim’s car, and the
suspects fled in a white sedan. SUSPECTS: Four adult males.
6. Weapon Arrest (0022) 6100 Block of West Lane, Valley Oak District
The male victim, 30, was working at a business in the listed area when the suspect brandished a firearm at him. Upon arrival, officers located the suspect, detained him, and found a loaded firearm on his person. ARRESTED: George Onesavanh, 43, for weapon charges and brandishing.
