Flood Advisory until 10:30PM

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of central and east central Illinois, including the following counties, in central Illinois, Macon and Shelby. In east central Illinois, Champaign, Coles, Douglas, Moultrie, Piatt and Vermilion.

* WHEN...Until 1030 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 920 PM CDT, emergency management reported flooding in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Champaign, Urbana, Rantoul, Monticello, Tuscola, Sullivan, Arcola, Savoy, Mahomet, St. Joseph, Tolono, Villa Grove, Arthur, Fisher, Bement, Philo, Cerro Gordo, Bethany, Rossville and Sidney. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
