Newark Community Affairs/Clergy Unit will host a Pre-Father’s Day Community Brunch in partnership with St. Paul Sounds of Praise at 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, June 20, 2026 at St. Paul’s Church, 587-95 18th Avenue. The event will be a casual, seated dining experience filled with food, fellowship, and of course, fathers and sons. Words of encouragement/affirmation, community resources, and giveaways will also be offered. Your RSVP is required.
The purpose of this cooperative collaboration is to actualize the efforts of both the faith-based and law enforcement communities in celebrating, encouraging, strengthening, and networking with Newark’s men and boys of all faiths (or no proclaimed faith) and all walks of life.
