Today and tomorrow, Friday, May 1, between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m., motorists can expect travel delays due to a temporary lane closure on Highway 170.
Approximately a quarter-mile of the right-hand westbound lane on 170, approaching Snake Road, will be closed as crews with the Beaufort-Jasper Water and Sewer Authority complete a water main repair.
Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use caution when traveling through the area.
