* WHERE...Portions of Louisiana, including the following parishes, Beauregard, Rapides and Vernon and southeast Texas, including the following areas, Hardin, Northern Jasper, Northern Newton, Southern Jasper, Southern Newton and Tyler.

* WHEN...From late tonight through early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A boundary is expected to set up which may result in an area of heavy rainfall and repeating storms within the watch area. Rainfall totals 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts may be possible. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
