Flood Advisory until 02:30PM 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Coke, Crockett, Irion, Schleicher, Sterling and Tom Green.
* WHEN...Until 230 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1128 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 0.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area over the next few hours. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... San Angelo, Robert Lee, Sterling City, Mertzon, Blackwell, Christoval, Bronte, Water Valley, Carlsbad, San Angelo State Park, Grape Creek, Barnhart, as well as rural areas across the Concho Valley. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings... College Hills and Millbrook, Southwest Blvd and Loop 306, Howard and Webster, Jackson From Knickerbocker to South Bryant, FM 1692 low water crossings, FM 2334 low water crossings, and RM 853 low water crossings. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
