On Thursday, April 16, 2026, at approximately 9:10 p.m., West Hollywood Sheriff's station deputies responded to the 8600 block of Santa Monica Boulevard in the city of West Hollywood regarding a battery just occurred call. During the incident a male white suspect adult suspect was arrested for felony vandalism (violation of 594 (b)(1) PC) and battery (violation of 242 PC). Detectives are currently investigating the matter and working to gather all the relevant facts, interview involved parties, and review any available evidence.
This remains an ongoing investigation, and specific details are limited to ensure the integrity of the process. The safety and well-being of our community remains our highest priority. We are committed to conducting a thorough and objective investigation. Once the investigation is complete, investigators will present the case to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office for filing consideration.
